Since 2016, perfumer Christine Nagel at Hermès has been exploring new dimensions of this fragrance. OLFACTORY NOTES Terre d'Hermès presents a mineral and woody profile, skillfully blending the strength of cedar with the brightness of grapefruit, enhanced by a lively touch of flint. THE OBJECT The bottle, viewed from ground level, appears to rest on an orange 'H', which signifies its imprint on the earth. From above, light dances across its metallic shoulders, while the transparency of the liquid lies in between. THE HERMÈS DETAIL Once in hand, the Terre d'Hermès bottle showcases exquisite details, such as the maison's signature upholstery nail and the cap that slides open to activate the spray. Designed by Philippe Mouquet, the bottle draws inspiration from a travel flask preserved at the Emile Hermès museum.
